You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.

You may return any item that was damaged upon receipt. In such a scenario You are required to take a picture of the damaged item and email us on info@stepsmith.in and call us on +91 95555 58143 Only those items which are unused, in new condition can be returned.

If an item is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt, we will reimburse the shipping costs for dispatch and return.

When the Items returned due to change of mind or sizing issues, you will have to arrange and pay for dispatch and return item(s). We will gladly exchange or give Store Credit. In such a scenario You can make a return/exchange request by emailing us on info@stepsmith.in with the reason to return within 24hours from the time the product is delivered. We will revert back to you within the next 24 hours.
